How to move on from someone you loved.


We are living in this time where our biggest problems are not "Roti, Kapda aur Makaan" but are something way more difficult to get. Yes, that is "LOVE".
It's 21st century and love is a pretty common thing now. Kids of 12 are falling in "True love" and we no more show the two flowers rubbed against each other to show love, Yeah.. We are modernizing. But is that so damn cool? There is something we can all agree to, and that is "IT'S ALL ROMANTIC MOVIE'S FAULT".

Yes we all love them but let's be honest every time the hero kisses the girl doesn't we wish the same? Every time we watch that picture perfect couple who've just seen each other in the market and then an 'awara gunda' teases the girl and the hero goes *dhishooomm... dhishoomm...*  and they just falls in love, we wish for that too... Don't we? Yes we do *guilty*,  But is finding love that simple? Absolutely not.
How many times did this happened to us that we are just madly and completely in love with this person but they don't love us back Or that person is our ex now? Shouldn't we be just moving on? But well why lie.. moving on is too hard. Well what if we had a secret potion for that? What if our fairy God mother just comes to us one night and say "Here, I am giving you this potion. Drink it and you'll forget the one you love"? It'll be awesome right? Ehh.. we all know there is no such potion except for "DARU" but what we do have are some proven self tested ways for GETTING OVER WITH YOUR EX.
So here I am listing them down for all the broken hearts. *sob*


1. LOVE YOURSELF.

Seriously. Just seriously look at the mirror; Look how beautiful/handsome you are, and what have you done to yourself. Stop crying and do something don't spoil your pretty face for someone who can't even love you. Know your worth appreciate yourself. Get ready.. be all pretty look in the mirror and give yourself a compliment 'cause love you worth it. Think how nice you are ? You loved someone and that's not something anyone can do. So just love yourself, Give yourself compliments and no that won't make you go crazy.. Or may it does *think*.. well.. whatever it does it's for your own good.



2. GO SHOPPING.

Yaayyyy!!!!!! shopping. Don't we love to shop? And not just girls but guys love to shop too.. Now, how will you feel if I say shopping is a remedy for your broken heart? Yes, my love just another reason to shop.
According to studies, shopping releases mood lifting endorphins, boosts your immune system, keeps your brain nimble, and even fulfills your basic social needs. Great right? So what are you waiting for? Go get that pretty dress you wanted to buy but wasn't buying 'cause your so called love didn't liked it; Nahhh.. they ain't no more your love.. so why listen to them or do what they like? Go now and shop whatever the hell you like. *Mom, I am going to shop*




3. TAKE A TRIP.

"Long roads, Bunch of friends, Going somewhere where no one knows us" sounds so Dil Chahta Hai types right? But aren't we all longing for that road trip we've planned with our lads but cancelled 'cause ''oh no.. I can't stay without boo'' well now is your chance; Take it. Spend time with your friends and yourself of course; Learn the fact that life is more than finding or doing 'LOVE'. So call your friends. Pack your bags and GO! GO! GO!.




4. SPEAK OUT.

Okay! let's be honest, points given above are gonna make us happy.. but there will always be that pain, that anger that I wanted to show him/ her what he/she did was wrong.
So here's what we can do.. either 'stay with the pain and keep thinking your "so called love" will get hurt by your action' or else 'speak your anger out' and be happy forever, The choice is yours.
Have you seen 'Jab We Met' ? Remember that scene where Geet calls Anshuman and says some "stuff" to him? Did you see how happy she was after that? Do the same. Pick up the phone dial your ex's number and say it on his face well.. not on face but phone. Tell them how much you hate what did they did to you and No! don't you dare melt down to what they say. *angry eyes*




5. CHANGE YOUR PLAYLIST.

Yes, Yes, yet again the same step I mentioned in my last series, but it does works like wonders. If you wanna be happy real quick, change your playlist please.
Delete all the love songs from your phone or laptop or ipod  or wherever you store them, DELETE them now. Stock up your play list with some heavy metal, some funky hip hop and some awesome pop rock. Listen to them whenever you feel low, dance to them if you can; because it releases endorphins too.. Science ya know!.





6. EAT.

Last but totally not the least. One of the biggest benefits of breaking up or moving on is that, Now you are free you don't have to be in shape and think about calories and carbs while eating. Seriously I mean won't it be heaven when you don't have to think or listen to someone saying 'Don't eat this you'll gain weight'. Now you're free, you can eat whatever the hell you wanna eat and if someone stops you.. EAT THEM TOO.




So go on. What are you waiting for get ready look at the mirror give yourself a compliment and go for shopping or else change your playlist, plan a road trip or kick your ex's a$$ or you can do better, eat up a big bowl of ice cream.
